## Pricing FAQ

**What counts as an AI Plan?**  
Each client Master Campaign Plan you generate with AdCritterAI counts toward your monthly total. Every plan includes full market research, strategy, and client-ready deliverables. You can revise and customize marketing plans as many times as needed. There are no limits on edits.

**What if I exceed my AI Plan limit while experimenting?**  
No problem and no charge. We encourage experimenting and rarely cap plan generation during your trial period. Just be reasonable.

**Is media spend paid for separately?**  
Yes. All media spend for client campaigns is billed separately through the AdCritter DSP at transparent rates. Platform subscription fees do not include the cost of ad placements.

**Can I try before I pay?**  
Absolutely. Every new agency gets 30-days free platform access. No credit card needed.

**Can I upgrade, downgrade or cancel my plan?**  
Yes. Switch plans or cancel entirely at any time. If you hit your plan limit, you can upgrade or request custom pricing. We will never surprise you with overage charges.

**What happens after my free trial?**  
You will receive a reminder before your 30-day trial period ends. Simply add a payment method to keep your account active, or cancel any time for no charge.
